How do I join a KPR art competition?
Go to the Submit Artwork page, fill in the artist details, upload a clear photo of the artwork, and provide a WhatsApp number. Submission is free and no account is needed. Each WhatsApp number can submit one artwork per event.
How will I know if my artwork is approved?
Our team reviews every submission and sends the decision to the WhatsApp number you provided. Approved artists receive an event poster and a secure payment link for the registration fee.
Is there a registration fee?
Submitting artwork is free. Once an artwork is approved for an event, a registration fee applies (the amount is shown on your payment page). Payment is processed securely through SSLCommerz — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and net banking are accepted.
What is an Artist ID?
Every artist who completes their registration payment receives a unique Artist ID (for example KPR-9PVMY). It identifies the artist and their artwork across our gallery and events, and is issued instantly after payment.
How do I check my submission or payment status?
Use the Result page and enter your WhatsApp number. It shows your submission status, and if you are approved but have not paid yet, it can generate a fresh payment link for you.
Are registration fees refundable?
No. KPR ART provides digital art exhibition services, and the registration fee is strictly non-refundable once the payment is completed — participation is confirmed immediately. If a payment fails midway but the amount is debited, or you are charged twice for the same registration, that amount is reversed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
