All payments on this website (competition registration fees and other services) are processed securely through SSLCommerz, our payment gateway provider. We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and net banking. By making a payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. Our services are digital, and the registration fee is strictly non-refundable — see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
3. Content Submission Rules
All artwork submitted to KPR ART must be original creations of the submitter. By submitting artwork, you grant KPR ART a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and share your artwork on our platform and related marketing channels. You retain full ownership and copyright of your submitted artwork.
4. Competition Rules
Art competitions are open to children aged 5-18 years. Each participant may submit one artwork per competition unless otherwise specified. Artwork must be appropriate for all audiences. Winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on creativity, technique, and originality. All decisions are final.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not: submit artwork they did not create, impersonate others, use the platform for commercial purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with other users' experience, or violate any applicable laws. Violations may result in account termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
KPR ART is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, for using our services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may terminate their account at any time through their account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
